  I would really recommend using Ksenia, Anna-Maria and Anastasia as estate agents when buying property in Valencia. We dealt mainly with Ksenia, who is bi-lingual and bi-cultural. She was organised, prompt and completely understood what we Brits were looking for and the kind of properties and ideas that we had. We ended up buying a flat just six weeks after viewing it! We also had a lot of fun viewing properties with her and Ana-Maria, it was a genuinely enjoyable experience. Thanks, Ladies!

  I will sincerely recommend using the Watts-Valverde agency when looking to buy apartment in the Valencia area. I am a foreign buyer from Norway and at the time I was buying my apartment I didn't speak any Spanish at all, so I very much appreciated the fluent English spoken by the people at the office. I was lucky to get to know Ksenia, Ana Maria, Anastasia and Douglas. They were all incredibly nice and helpful persons. I have even gotten a lot of help from Anastasia with arrangements for the apartment long after the real-estate transaction was completed. I am really grateful for this. Now I try to spend as much time as I can in my wonderful apartment in the beautiful city of Valencia. If you consider to buy, just do it! Preferably with the experienced help from the Watts-Valverde agency:-)
