  From December 2016 to April 2017 I had the pleasure of renting a flat of Globexs (Global Expatriate Services) in Valencia. The apartment is located in Calle San Francisco de Borja 8, 46007 Valencia. Great apartment, I recommend it! Newly renovated, cool - in very good location. I also recommend Globexs. Very good, nice, efficient, personal and professional service. One thing I noticed in particular was that the way Globexs markets the apartment corresponds to reality, and my high expectations were thus fulfilled. Kudos to Globexs. I'll be back on another occasion. Special thanks to Antonio Navarro, my contact person at Globexs.

  We were under the impression this was a legit expat company, we had rented the place for 10 months but it took the "evidence of the used condom" and my own stipulation in the contract that since we couldn't see the place beforehand we had 14 days to negate the contract, before we got our money back.

  After having a nightmare with a Valencian estate agent who took payment and then informed me I could no longer have the tenancy just before I was due to fly, I found Globexs. They reacted to my situation by finding me immediate accommodation (incredible apartment at a really good rate). I moved in and it was in perfect condition and the agent Antonio was incredibly attentive. Unfortunately due to personal reasons I had to return to England and Globexs support and help with this termination was second to none. I would recommend this company to anyone without any reservations. Thank you so much Globexs!

  Filthy appartment, broken furniture, kitchen unusable after a lot of persistence they send a cleaning lady and she spend over 8 hours in the place. After she left we still found a used condom in one of the beds (which luckily we hadn't used yet)

  GLOBEX is a rip of that rents apartments to unsuspected tourist that can trash the places they rent out cause no one ever checkes the place out afterwards except perhaps the cleaning lady that obviously didn't do her job. (None of the beds had clean sheets, one had used panties in it, the other a used condom do I need to say more.)

  Prior to booking, all my questions were answered. Apartments that mey my requirements were promptly sent to me for my review. Any questions I had were answered in great detail.
