  I understand the contract states the return time, but it was a fairly dickish move by the owner. He was unnecessarily aggressive too. There are many other rental places around with better bikes for cheaper, so I would see no reason to go here.

  Rented bikes here. The bikes were a bit tired. One was missing the front light and the rear light didn't work. On the other the mudguard fell off. We found out about this of course, when we had to cycle through town in the dark.

  Very unfriendly staff, and pretty old bikes. Would not recommend it, many better bikes available throughout the city

  My girlfriend and I bough a bike in this shop. The light never works and the lock older move after a week. We also rent a bike for 3 days and the owner charge us to be an hour late although nobody was waiting for a bike (it was monday). He also charge us for a reparation on the wheel but he didn't check the bike carefully when we took it. They lost a client.

  Fantastic and very professional bike shop. First experience was renting some bikes for me and my family and the experience was perfect, a good service and the bikes were superb. Then i came back to live in Valencia and I decided to buy a bicycle, and they gave me perfect advice on which bike would be perfect for me, and also I took it a couple of times to repair a flat tyre and some maintenance and the service has been wonderful as usual.

  Returned almost 90 mins late - on perhaps the rainiest day of the year, in the off season. Was very surprised to be charged an 'extra hour', given we had only had them for less than 24 hours and paid for the full day.

  I went in to have a look at the shop and ended up buying an excellent Albus pannier. Friendly and helpful owner - I'm fairly sure he speaks English although we spoke in Spanish. The range of rental bikes looked well maintained and very clean.
